Samples, pricing, compliance and how we work with overseas customers

This page answers the four questions overseas buyers ask us most often before placing a first order. Anything marked [to be completed] is being finalised — email us for the current figure.

1. Samples & pricing

Standard samples from our existing range are free of charge; you cover the courier cost (DHL / FedEx account or collected). Custom development samples, where new tooling or a new logo engraving is required, carry a one-off sampling fee of [amount] per design, which is credited against your first bulk order.

Sampling lead time is typically 7–10 working days after artwork approval. Bulk lead time is 15–30 working days depending on quantity and finish.

Minimum order quantity is 1,000 pcs per design for most items. Smaller trial orders are possible on selected products — ask us.

2. Compliance & certifications

Our facilities are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and we hold OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 for the materials we use. We also operate an in-house CNAS-accredited laboratory for routine testing.

Documents we can supply on request:

  • OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certificate (with certificate number and validity)
  • ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 certificates
  • REACH SVHC declaration [confirm current status]
  • RoHS test report [available? Y/N]
  • CPSIA test report for US children's-wear customers [available? Y/N]
  • California Proposition 65 statement [available? Y/N]
  • Nickel-release and heavy-metal test reports (sample copies)
  • Social compliance audit report: BSCI / Sedex [if held]

3. Factory & capacity

CPP was founded in Guangzhou in 2001. Tooling, stamping, plating, assembly and inspection all run in-house, so we control lead times and repeat quality rather than buying finished parts from traders.

4. How to order

Process: enquiry → quote within 24 hours → artwork & sample → sample approval → bulk production → inspection → shipment.

  • Payment terms: [e.g. 30% T/T deposit, 70% against B/L copy]

  • Production lead time: 15–30 working days after sample approval and deposit
  • Shipping: sea freight (25–35 days), air freight (5–8 days) or express (3–5 days) — we quote all three so you can compare
